Our collaborative early intervention and services for school-age children help families develop speech, language and social goals through play and positive interactions in the home for children birth to adult. We provide Hanen "More Than Words" training to parent groups along with assessment, educational support review and training for local educational agencies. Lindamood-Bell and Barton Reading Programs help develop literacy skills for older children.
Laurel Heights has a great reputation across the country for servicing children/adolescents, ages 6-22, with psychiatric/behavioral problems co-occurring with lower IQ (as low as 35) and Pervasive Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Asperger’s, with no IQ cut off). We provide evidence-based therapies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).

Vanessa Bolaños, Founder/Director of CBT, has provided ABA services to families for over a decade. CBT provides home and school-based consultations, classroom shadowing, behavior assessments and plan development, parent and teacher trainings, group trainings for children, 1:1 behavior therapy, daily living skills training, and natural environment training.
